Wales Sevens’ all-time document try-scorer Luke Morgan will return to 15s rugby with the Ospreys subsequent season.

The Bridgend-born wing, 26, got here by way of the area’s growth pathway and made one senior look earlier than becoming a member of the sevens circuit.

He follows within the footsteps of former sevens team-mate Sam Cross, who joined Ospreys completely in March 2018.

Morgan will compete within the Rugby World Cup Sevens in San Francisco earlier than reporting for coaching in Llandarcy.

Ospreys common supervisor, Dan Griffiths, believes Morgan will convey the “X-factor to the crew”.

“As a younger man he was given the chance to refine his sport on the sevens circuit and has developed right into a world-class finisher,” stated Griffiths.
