The Rugby Soccer Union (RFU) says it has a “progressive, trendy” strategy, after allegations of a sexist tradition throughout the organisation.
It has been reported female employees were subject to inappropriate behaviour from colleagues.
The RFU didn’t deny the allegations.
“We’re completely dedicated to making sure that rugby is a progressive, trendy and inclusive sport, with robust values at coronary heart,” an RFU assertion stated.
The Day by day Telegraph investigation alleged feminine employees have been made to really feel uncomfortable at rugby dinners, council conferences and occasions.
