Barnsley write supportive letter to fan who spoke of melancholy on social media
Barnsley have written a supportive letter to a lifelong fan who overtly mentioned his melancholy and nervousness on social media.
Chris Ryder obtained the letter from the membership’s chief govt Gauthier Ganaye and posted it on Twitter.
Mr Ganaye mentioned his “workplace door is all the time open” and the League One membership could be “returning the favour” in assist for his loyalty as a fan.
Ryder advised the BBC he was “shocked” to obtain the letter from the membership.
